"The professionalism and care of the staff stood out for us. We came back a week after our stay and the staff managed to find a hat we had left behind. A little travel 'miracle'. There was a small issue when we first checked in but the staff worked very hard to make sure this was resolved quickly. We had a great view, and enjoyed the rooftop bar."

"what a magical place. So cute as a boutique hotel. It was clean. The people were nice and it’s right across the street from the airport. I wouldn’t recommend having the dinner or breakfast there as a food was just basic. But it also may do the trick when you are getting an early flight and taking off it is $20 a person so if you grab a banana, you just paid $20 for a banana other than that I wish I would’ve stayed there longer. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Great property - But what makes it is the courteous and helpful staff in the hotel and both restaurants. We felt so welcome and the staff made us decide to plan another trip back. Rodrigo in the restaurant was the best!!!! The property is right beside train station, across the street from a very large mall and walking distance to waterfront, aquarium and casino. We are going back to Portugal and we will stay at the Tivoli!!!"
