You can tell that making guests feel valued is truly at the heart of everything they do. By the end of my stay, I was beyond satisfied and even a little sad to leave. Saladin was a very attentive server. We stayed during off-season so the outdoor pools were not open. The indoor pool was not very big so it was a bit crowded. "
