"The staff was excellent and the property despite what transfer companies say is very safe. Some tranport for tours are not accessible because they will accept your accommodation information on booking and then later tell you that the streets are too narrow for their vehicles to pick you up. Ask before you book otherwise they will tell you to meet them somewhere else and it may be 1 or 2 in the morning."

The housekeeping team was exceptional, with one standout member, a lady named Chef, who went above and beyond to keep our room spotless. "Second time here. The staff are really wonderful; welcoming, kind and helpful. I wonder a little around the cleanliness:finding foreign hairs in our bed, but overall it was quite clean. The rooms are unique and funky. The only issue is the noise at night, not something they can do anything about. It’s the price you pay for booking in the old city. Overall I highly recommend this place."

"Check in was great, staff was very helpful as my youngest son keep leaving stuff around the hotel and staff kindly found it each time and put it aside for us. Busra the gentleman on reception very friendly and welcoming and Dilan, young lady working in dinning area was also very friendly and welcoming too.
