"Great views from the second bedroom especially. Nice and high up with a small balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Comfortable couch to watch TV and a good simple kitchen with coffee machine etc. However - check in is confusing - better and updated instructions are required - do a video if you have to. The locked box is not the same as pictured, nobody tells you there is more than one tower that has the same room number so we headed to the wrong room and wondered why our key fob didn't work. The second bedroom is so hot it's almost unbearable with no A/C. Very stuffy. The pots/pans are so scratched they are unusable so we had to eat out every night. Bedside tables in the master are too big for the space so my husband walked into them a couple of times in the night. No aerial so no free to air TV, smart TV where you need your own logins to apps. Gym was nice to workout in and pool would be good in summer months. Close drive to lots of fast food outlets and Woolies is right underneath which is handy. Also not far to Westfield. This apartment definitely has potential if a few things are rectified."

"Perfect for our overnight stay"

"I’ve stayed in many holiday rentals, but this was by far the most unhygienic and poorly maintained property I’ve ever encountered. The level of filth was completely unacceptable, and it’s clear that proper cleaning is not a priority for the owner. The bathroom was a disaster – mould in the shower, grime everywhere, and worst of all, poo stains left in the toilet. Absolutely disgusting. The towels weren’t just worn out; they had visible stains, including what looked like wiped faeces. There is no excuse for this level of neglect. It didn’t stop there. The pillowcase had blood stains, making it clear the bedding wasn’t changed properly between guests. To top it all off, the washing machine still had dirty laundry inside. The whole place just felt dirty and unkempt, as if no one had checked it before our stay. When I reached out to the owner, their response was completely indifferent – asking me to let a cleaner in, no sense of urgency. It’s clear they have no interest in maintaining basic cleanliness standards. I would strongly advise against staying here. For the price, you expect at least a clean and hygienic space, but this property fails on every front. Stayz should seriously reconsider allowing this place on their platform. Avoid at all costs!"

"Everything was excellent, the apartment was amazing, clean and tidy with beautiful views, and the location and the amenities were great. Definitely a five star stay and we would definitely stay there again. For future consideration/feedback (while we gave a 5 star rating on check-in; because we really loved our stay) we found it difficult to find the key from just going off the map provided via check-in details - maybe you could supply the name of the laundry mat or actual address which might make it easier (it took us 11/2 hours and a phone call to eventually find the key). Also, It would have been nice/easier if we had 2 sets of keys so we could go seperate ways at times because we couldn’t leave the room when one of us went out or the kids went to gym or swimming. Finally, the TV didn’t have access to free to air channels eg channel 10, 7 or 9."
