"This worked out great for our family. We spent most of our time in nearby Bishop’s Stortford with family. For rest, morning coffee and winding down in the evening, this place was perfect. It was clean and quiet, the mornings and evenings were cool and calm, very relaxing. The place is a bit remote, but that was easily remedied by the superior taxi service we experienced during our stay. We would strongly consider staying again on future visits and feel comfortable passing along this...

"Great staff and location. The inn also has a great menu. Taxis and Ubers will get you around too. Great quality hospitality."

"Bed and bathroom were clean enough but the hotel was very run down and shabby and dirty. We had been moved from one hotel to another...which was worse condition and location and then moved back again. "

"I don’t usually leave property reviews, and I tend to avoid places without a host check-in due to past bad experiences. However, I must say the check-in process was the easiest I’ve come across, clear instructions and codes made it seamless. The room was a delight and had everything I needed. I’ll definitely be using Urban again!"
