"This property is beautiful and relaxing. The view of the sassafrass is very peaceful, its fun to watch the boats go by, and watch the joy of people at the beach. The place has everything you could want. It’s comfortable, clean, and relaxing. We had a wonderful time, and hope to come back one day. Very much recommend it for your stay in the area. "

"Difficult getting in touch with and not timely responses with host. The house was clean….but the bedspreads and throw pillows need washing. They smell and are very dirty. There were no wash clothes to shower with. The house was not dirty itself. Bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen were clean. The location was great for our needs and very close to Ripken. "Celebrated my wife’s special birthday and our family from NY, CT, TX, PA and MD all stayed for the weekend. 12 of us. Plenty of space to all gather together or gather in smaller groups. Game room, pool and hot tub were probably the two favorite places to hang out. Oh and you can’t forget the view overlooking the Bohemia River. Beautiful house. "
