Every single person, from the shuttle driver to the bellhop and restaurant servers to the front desk, is incredibly kind and helpful. They always go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We've had some stressful trips with six kids and a lot of luggage, but the staff made it all so easy for us. If you're in Medan and need a place near the airport, I highly recommend staying here. The rooms are simple and clean, and the staff is simply amazing."
