"Amazing 8 night stay at RIU Palace. Complex is superb, clean and modern. Choice of food in buffet restaurant was excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We went Elite Club and felt it was with the extra."

"The hotel is clean and caters for all types of mobility. The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them and they engage in conversation and very polite. The massage at the banyan spa was amazing and the on site dive centre, Scuba world, were first class. The equipment was excellent as was the crew who run it. The hotel food was lovely and there was plenty of variety and choice regardless of your preference. There is even entertainment throughout the day in the pool and at night near to the bar. You can use the SUP and canoes to explore the lagoon or sunbathe on plenty of loungers. Would definitely return for a longer stay in the future. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"Last minute booking as we had a late flight the following day. We had a late check out which I thought was a bit expensive. Bus service to the beach Mall and airport which was great. "

"Brilliant staff and it's the staff that make the resort 2nd visit here there will be a third. The reception staff are awesome as are the bar and waiting staff. Personally I didn't rate the food included in the package to much of the same no flair "

"Fabulous Resort. Truly felt like we were in paradise. All the staff were very polite and friendly - Tania at reception and Fazal at poolside. Food for breakfast was great especially enjoyed the addition of make your own juice. Buffet dinner at La Patio was good with different theme each night and Citronella restaurant was also very nice. Would definitely consider returning in the future. "
