"This was our second stay at Vienna house easy, and it was as good this time as it was last time. Staff are helpful and friendly, very clean and has everything you could need for an easy stay. Bus route into Amsterdam is superb and is adjacent to the hotel - A****"

"Air conditioning on my room broke, it’s super warm, after letting the staff know they really try there best to help, on the middle of the night one staff brought a fan and unlocked the window, and they have building maintenance fix it right the next day, for me that’s a good job other than that everything on this hotel it perfect "

"I had read a few negative reviews about the Ibis Styles after booking, so I was apprehensive, but my experience was brilliant! The check in process was quick, even though there were 6 couples ahead of me, the staff were helpful and friendly and communal areas were clean. There are no signs for the lifts/elevators but the staff pointed out their location. The room was also clean, tidy and spacious, especially the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we could set our own room temperature for comfort. We slept with the windows slightly ajar, however, were not woken up by any traffic noises. The shuttle bus was good and ran on time, however, could do with a clean inside. I would definitely stay here again."
