"The staff were really friendly and helpful, we arrived early and were allowed to drop our suitcase at reception whilst we went into town. We were also allowed to do an early check in which was really great. The bed was super comfortable, I did have to ask for extra pillows and toilet roll but this was provided promptly. "Suite was tasteful but a little worn - in bathroom in particular. The shower took easily 10 mins to heat up. Was on the brink of giving up when it began to heat up. Didn't like having an overloaded extension in the room. The young guys working in the dining room were terrific -friendly, polite and professional. Ross handled an issue with our booking immediately. Food was very good. I would return."
