"The room we stayed for the 1st night was unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. Very strong smell of the sewer from the bathroom and mixed of some old hotel smell, very hard to stay. I saw the same feedback from the other platforms, but I ignored it. So please don’t overlook the negative reviews. We tried to cancel the 2nd night in rje next day, but was not able to do so as we already paid.
