"Liked- Good location, spacious room and excellent staff behaviour. Reasonably good spread for breakfast. Disliked- The property is old and seemed to be a little short of maintenance. A little more attention can be given towards cleanliness. Breakfast was good but whatever else we ordered was not as good like everywhere else in China."

"This hotel is absolutely amazing. From the moment we stepped into the hotel we felt welcomed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They offer us a glass of champagne and gave us a room upgrade at not additional cost. Danny, the manager went out of his way to make our stay memorable. "Not in city centre but is fairly convenient to get taxi (about 20rmb) to Xian train station and city centre. Leave an hour journey by taxi if need to go to the airport. Super convenient to access to supermarket, KFC, bubble tea and other eateries as is just next to the service apartments"
