The restaurant and bar area were great, the hotel has a warm cozy feel, the rural views and the tour of the old asylum were a bonus and the gorgeous grounds made for a peaceful visit. They were even very accommodating when we decided to stay an extra night after already stayed 3 that we didn't have to change rooms and even gave us a discount on the extra night. "Close and walking distance to the shops and restaurants which was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. When walking to our room, liked how the grape vines is all around the front porch of every room. The beds and bathroom were fine and was perfect enough during our stay. Loved the brick walls and high ceiling interior design of the room. Overall, the motel was lovely to stay and had a good night sleep since it located in a quiet area."
