"The home is well kept, clean, with a new feel and look. Plenty of space to accommodate my family of 5 (which includes 3 teenage daughters) with bedrooms, bathrooms, and open living space. The parking behind the building is tight, but makes it feel secure and gets you off the street, which I really liked. If you had multiple vehicles, parking could get tricky, depending on the size of the vehicles. We had a full size Suburban and, with only that vehicle, parking was not an issue. If we would have...

"We recently stayed at this VRBO property for our holiday with my family, and overall, it met our needs quite well and was just a few miles from my parents house. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy family meals together. The backyard was a highlight, providing plenty of space for the dogs. The hot tub was a particular favorite for the boys, adding a fun and relaxing element to our stay.However, I did have a couple of minor disappointments....

"My family and I loved the spaciousness of the property. The walk-in shower was perfect for my father that has Parkinson’s. The owners have made some upgrades on the inside of the property. It was perfect for our time in the ‘Boro. Every evening we sat at the kitchen table, played games, and visited. The owners were quick to respond whenever I had questions."

"My family & I traveled for my daughter’s high school softball tournaments & decided to stay. GREAT DECISION! Spacious, great location, private, & set up perfectly to prepare meals at home. Communication with host was easy & she answered all my questions. I would use this home again & recommend it for friends. As for most rentals, it could stand some updating & deep cleaning, & the bottle drive was tough, but it wasn’t anything that would keep me from renting again. We enjoyed the pingpong...

"Stayed here for my daughter’s wedding along with her side of the wedding party. Plenty of room for bridal shower. Convenient to stores in a nice neighborhood. Enjoyed watching the chickens next door from the back deck. "

"This has to be one of the best homes we have ever stayed at. The pictures don’t do it justice. Great location, clean and very comfortable. We will stay here again the next time we are in Murfreesboro. "

"The house was perfect "

"This was a very nice place. We had a last minute trip to attend a funeral, this place was perfect for our family of four. Location was great and house was clean. Only gave 4 star because of a couple of issues 1. The dog next door was an outside dog and barked into the night. 2. I don’t realized this was a pet friendly home until it was too late. My daughter had an asthma attack due to some sort of animal presence. But, still a wonderful place to stay and hostess was great, to work with. "
