"Great location. Right by lift 1 which was very convenient for skiing in/out. Had a great view of slopes for watching the action. Location a d views are why we rated 4 stars. House was older but clean. Could definitely use some updating. Some furniture was new but some was old and very worn out. A tv was broken and back of couch was in process of breaking. Appliances also need updating. Would be nice to have Instructions on how the heating system worked because it was very confusing to figure out...

"I would recommend this property highly. This is the best stocked property that we have ever stayed at. The kitchen had everything that you could need for meal preparation , baking etc. We were 4 adults and 2 children which was a perfect amount for the property. Everything was clean and we loved the hot tub being right outside the door. No need to trudge through the yard or snow to get there. It’s very close to Beech Mountain but when you read that you need 4wd believe it because if there’s snow...

"Upon arrival only linens and bedding for 1 bed. Rancid septic smell/rotting corpse eminating through house We had to share a bed to avoid sleeping on bare mattress. 1 fork and butter knife between 4 guests. 1 large pasta pot to cook and hear water in. "

"Need to update your listing and pictures please. We carried coffee for a coffee pot because the picture show a coffee pot maker. You have a keurig. Also we had problems with the internet and after having spent hours on the phone with spectrum we found out it was because the username and password are incorrect in the notebook and in the master bedroom. "

"The views are stunning and the amount of rooms and bathrooms is fabulous. Unfortunately the kitchen was VERY dirty, with dried on food all over the handles of the fridge, grease spatter all over the front of the microwave, leftover grounds in the coffee maker, the Keurig hadn’t been wiped down in months and the floors had clumps of dried on chocolate (that thankfully I was able to clean up before my dogs licked up too much).
