"Very good owner, home had beautiful porch view on magnificent Lugano. 30 minutes from Lago Maggiore a good trip. 2016 most beautiful village in Switzerland Marcote 6 minutes by ferry. Home had good kitchen and seating. House could have cleaner, some drains slow and dirty, to get 5 stars. Would go again great rental!"

"The internet not tv functioned for the week we were there. The place was fine but the neighbors in apartment above have small children that aparently never go to bed and just run back and forth all night. I am not kidding about them running all night long. We did reach out to staff regarding internet and tv regarding status and received no replies."

"Simply the prettiest place we have visited! Breathtaking and the apartment is in a great position. Everyone in the building was friendly and our kids had a great time. They loved the pool and jumping in the lake. The apartment has everything you need and it was great we didn’t need to take bedding, towels and oil etc fir cooking Urs even provided coffee which was a lovely surprise - we love coffee Would definitely aim to return Thank you"

"Todella hienot maisemat avautuvat Lago Maggiore järvelle ja ympäröiville vuorille. Huoneisto oli siisti, hyvin hoidettu ja täysin varusteltu. Kaksi kylpyhuone wc:tä oli iso plussa 5 hengen seurueelle. Ainut huono puoli olivat sängyt. Ne olivat kovia ja niissä tuntuivat jouset."

"Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut, bei Fragen hat sie sofort geantwortet, leider konnte sie kein Deutsch. Die Wohnungsübergabe war sehr kurz und knapp. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es gab Wifi, Backofen, Gefrierschrank, Klimaanlage, Spülmaschine, ….was sehr gut war, es gab einen großen Fernseher, der jedoch nicht nutzbar war, da es kein deutsches Fernsehen gab Was auch Gewöhnungsbedürftig war, es gab zum schlafen nur eine Decke ( Laken) zum zu decken. "Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Wohnung sehr genossen, ganz besonders das Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick über den See. Die 15 Minuten extra Fahrt nach oben haben sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Schade nur, dass der Wohnungsschlüssel nicht in die Schlüsselbox am Haus passt, da er zu groß ist (betrifft nur die obere Wohnung) und wir deshalb bei Anreise und Abreise zur Agentur nach Cannero fahren mussten. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat aber prima geklappt."

"Bathroom dingy and needs to be remodeled. The bathroom vanity countertop should be a different material. No hand towel hangers in the bathroom sink area. The kitchen faucet was hard to open and close. I kept hitting the light fixture above dining table, was too low, and not in the center of the table. I asked not to be disturbed the entire time i was there but i had housekeeping service while i was out. 😡 You could only watch few tv channels, the rest of the channels due to maybe loose or...
