"The apartment is like a 1970s time capsule! We were a bit shocked at first, but it is super clean and in great shape. There is a washer if you need it and a kitchen with everything you need. "The apartment was exactly as pictured with a gorgeous view of the lake! The area is private and quiet. Laura was so kind to us! She picked us up at the train station and took me grocery shopping. We did not rent a car and the apartment is about a mile from town. I would say you might want one if you want to be out late. The trail to town is rustic and not something you could do in the dark. "Such a perfect spot to land after our flight from the US to Milan. Miranda made us feel so welcome! Our son slept on the main floor, we slept upstairs. Perfect small european kitchen with everything we needed for home-cooked meals. Lovely restaurant cafe in this charming small town. We even came back for a few days' stay later during our trip, did our laundry, hung to dry on Miranda's clothesline. Really such perfect and unique spot!!"

"The apartment is located at the perfect spot of Stresa, close to bus stop, ferry terminal, shopping and restaurants. Very spacious rooms with two bedrooms and two baths. However, there is very limited pots and pans in the kitchen. Unfortunately, there was construction underway on the upper floor during the period of our staying so lots noise when the demolition work started. Overall we enjoyed our time in Stresa."

"There are about 25 apartments in Colina Verde B - ours was closest to the pool and there was almost nobody else there - the pool was essentially our private pool. Nice clean place, beautiful setting, 7 minutes to the waterfront by car. Ascona is a lovely little place with a lively waterfront scene. All in all, ne of the best spots we have ever rented. "

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Wohnung sehr genossen, ganz besonders das Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick über den See. Die 15 Minuten extra Fahrt nach oben haben sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Schade nur, dass der Wohnungsschlüssel nicht in die Schlüsselbox am Haus passt, da er zu groß ist (betrifft nur die obere Wohnung) und wir deshalb bei Anreise und Abreise zur Agentur nach Cannero fahren mussten. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat aber prima geklappt."
