"The property was very spacious, clean, and right in the heart of Lugano. We were able to explore Lugano very easily from this location! We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of prosecco:) The unit had a private washer and dryer, which was super convenient to get our laundry done during our extended vacation. "Die Wohnung ist schön und relativ modern eingerichtet, nir das Bad ist etwas schmal. Zum Einkaufen ist sie super gelegen zum Strand ist es aber zu Fuß sehr weit aber mit dem Auto kein Problem."

"There are about 25 apartments in Colina Verde B - ours was closest to the pool and there was almost nobody else there - the pool was essentially our private pool. Nice clean place, beautiful setting, 7 minutes to the waterfront by car. Ascona is a lovely little place with a lively waterfront scene. All in all, ne of the best spots we have ever rented. "
