"Our time at the Waterford was short, so we were not able to see or use all the facilities offered, and give them full review. We will be staying here again. Our only criticism is, the cocktails were very weak & not worth the money, we would recommend at trip to the near by supermarket."

"Lovely hotel by river walks and close to Bedford market. Excellent evening meal with plenty of servers. Didnt try spa. Forgot comb or brush and disappointed that hotel stocked no emergency supplies such as Toothbrush or comb for ocasional disorganised customers. The hotel over the river sorted me out as shops in walking distance were closed."

"On the River Ouse. Quite away from main town centre and night life. Was perfect for a night away. Room was clean, but hotel buildings dated especially windows, don't open the net curtains, I think they're there to hide the windows!!"

"Lovely quiet hotel friendly helpful staff. Excellent food in restaurant. Comfortable room and bed but only downside was that shower over bath had low sloping ceiling so couldn’t stand up had to sit in bath and shower yourself no shower curtain or screen. "
