"We just had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at the apartment at Sweet Brier Farm! It was quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and well-equipped. We met the adorable farm animals, went in the hot tub, and had two AMAZING homemade breakfasts in the main house. Helen and Keith were so kind and made sure we promptly had everything we needed! We will definitely be staying here again!!!"

"My daughter had convention in Lowell so we stayed in Nashua the drive convenient not too bad. Better than Singing in the big city. The one bedroom studio was perfect for my daughter and I. Listings say sleeps 4. I would say a family of 4, a couple and two young children. Two adults and two teens would definitely be a challenge. "Apartment was overall well maintained. Some cleanup of the walls, and repairs of nicked paint on walls/floorboards would enhance overall aesthetic. Rugs in apartment were all dirty, couldn’t close the dorr in one of the bedrooms without folding back the rug. Kitchen furniture was all chipped. Beds were comfortable enough. apartment stayed cold because of multiple windo AC units still being installed at the end of November. "I rented this last minute after making a mistake on another rental I wanted. I accidentally rented an entire house with privacy and had it all to ourselves with our dog but the accident was I booked the wrong week, it was the week prior to what I needed and lost all my rental fees.
