"This home was a perfect stay during our visit to the Düsseldorf trade show(about 30 min). The apartment was super clean, bright, all the comforts of home plus more extras like spices, coffee, shampoo, and welcome drink and snack. Ellen was delightful and a wonderful host. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again."

"Great location if you are keen to be in Suelz and have access to parks, public transport and a lovely little shopping strip. Stairwell gets a little smelly as wheelie bins are inside and door to bins section often left open. Balcony disappointing- especially as not clean, bits and pieces lying around (old chair, dirty cloths) and no thought put in making it part of the liveable space. Communication could have been much better, e.g. online check-in instructions could have been sent before we left as they recommended using desktop or laptop to log in, neither of which we take on holiday!"

"I was not aware that there would be a double spiral staircase leading to the apartment I had booked. I figured there would be no elevator, but had expected a regular staircase. This is important information to have ahead of time esp. for older and handicapped people. "
