"Requested different accommodations this visit and our room was just perfect. The front desk personnel were extremely helpful and courteous. We had two great nights at Split Rock. WE did not use the restaurant facilities since we like to go to two of our favorite restaurants which are: Terra-Cottage and for a casual dinner Shenanigans. Also, there is a great market at the Hub on the hotel grounds."

"Dated. It was a nonsmoking room but you could tell it used to be smoking. When we got home, our clothes smelled like smoke. Heat was good. Door had a flipsy doorknob lock and a chain - not very secure. "

"Overall room & property is really nice but the check in is horrible. We had to check in different location then drive to where our room. We got lost on the way because the staff gave us incorrect info. Also no hair dryer in the room not very convenient. Overall I’m still happy but the check in needs improvement. "
