"i was given the warmest welcome imaginable after a trying day. a glass of wine and a bowl of delicious homemade soup, all in the excellent company of my hosts. the room was adorable and comfortable, and although my stay was short, it was restorative and memorable. i highly recommend this lovely place and its charming hosts!"

"Unable to get past the gate to park our vehicle. Fortunately someone unrelated to the property was able to get us through. Once we parked, we were unable to get into the property. Had another guest not arrived shortly before we did, we would have been unable to get in. There was no one to greet or check us in. A staff member arrived in the morning to prep a breakfast. "Beautiful hotel in its own grounds with indoor pool. Very stylish hotel with ample spaces for guests. Very comfortable rooms. Ours had a large sunken bath. Heaven to relax. Breakfast was provided, rooms had the added benefit of kettle, coffee machine & microwave. Within 5 minutes of a commercial centre with a wide range of restaurants, snack bars and cinema. We wish we had stayed longer. Excellent hotel for families and friends. "

"What a find. This is one of those properties you want to keep a secret, in case they are fully booked when you want to go again. The lovely hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming or accommodating. Lots of little personal touches, children’s games (that we played and had no children with us), lots of little seating areas in the secure and quiet garden. Parking is off-road and very secure. "Absolutely couldn't wish for a better place to relax and recharge our 'parent' batteries. Beautiful place with a great and friendly service. Completely tranquil and romantic. Really enjoyed our stroll throught the vineyards and around the estate with while playing a fun game of quiz. Thoroughly recommend this place, in parcular to couples. "

"We stayed for one night after a trip to the nearby Puy du Fou. We had an excellent, spacious room for our family of four, which was sparkling clean. The breakfast in the morning was delicious (especially the wide variety of homemade jams) and the garden of the property was a great advantage - beautifully quiet and plenty of room to burn some energy off for the children. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we would not hesitate to recommend the place. "

"I tend to base reviews and stars on key criterion such as Bed Comfort, quality of breakfast, and friendliness of hosts. So with this in mind... Positives are: Bed was comfortable = 1 star Hosts were friendly and helpful (allowing me to park my motorcycle in the courtyard) = 1 star Breakfast was good = 1 star Negatives are: Shower is neither relaxing or pleasant.
