My teenagers really loved the food court "the pyramid" next door which gave them tons of cheap food options. It's good to have a parking garage also. The only thing was the apartment is pretty soulless. It's kind of a white box- no art, no color, no personal touch. It's like a clean apartment waiting for someone to move in. "Property was clean and very unique. Scandinavian feel. Couple times during the day there were people sheltering in the doorway as the soup kitchen is across the street, but this did not impact us."
