"We made a last minute decision to take a family trip to St. Maarten over Christmas Break. It was perfect. The property had a cancellation and opened up right when we wanted to visit. The pictures are very accurate. The three bedrooms are on the small side, but it was nice to have a bedroom and bath for each of our boys. The kitchen was adequate for breakfast and snacks. "This is our 2nd stay at FantaSea. It is truly a beautiful place. We were 10 adults and 4 children (7 mos to 5 yrs). We hung by the pool, walked down to the beach, and went to both resort bars that are within walking distance for happy hours. There was really no reason to drive anywhere. A great island vacation!"

"The property has a great location. Near all the local entertainment and stores, yet off the beaten path. When contacting the property manager, Geraldine, she was always Johnny on the spot. The same goes for the property owners, Mitchell and Lisa. They always responded quickly to emails. Very short wait time. "The house was comfortable and plenty of space for 7 adults. The outside seating areas were perfect for playing games and lounging. The small issues we encountered were consist hot water in the showers. The water was more tepid than hot in all showers but the red bathroom. We had some remotes and safes needing new batteries.
