"Very nice location for quiet stay in St.Martin. Rental Car is a must. Drive from the airport at rush hour (4 to 6 PM) will exceed a hour for just under 9 miles. Hostess Sabrina met us at the villa and provided an excellent tour of the property and advice on locations to visit. Check out was easy as well. AC is only in the bedrooms, Ceiling fans in all rooms though. Pool is very relaxing and a great place to soak up the sun! Kayak or use the water taxi to Pinel Island. Grad Case is about a 10...

"This house was very clean, spacious, and beds super comfy! It is in the best location on the island! It is at the quieter end of Grand Case, but all within easy walking distance. "The villa was absolutely stunning! Pictures and videos don't do justice to this property, it was more beautiful in reality. Alexandria thought about everything you could need.
