"We were a party of 12, including children aged 10-18, celebrating the New Year. The property was exceptional and undoubtedly one of the most stunning homes we've ever stayed in. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the thoughtful extra touches from Emma and Vicky—like the welcome hamper—were truly lovely.When one of our toilets didn’t flush properly, Vicky quickly arranged for a plumber, which we really appreciated. We would 100% recommend this house!"

"We spent 4 nights, 11 people including children. The house is amazing, had everything we needed. The pool was great fun and a highlight of our stay. Close to town for pubs and shops, as well as nature walks. A wonderful place to spend time with loved ones in a special location away from the hustle and bustle."

"We were looking for a place to stay for a 3 night break in the South Downs and were so lucky to find this gemThe Hay Barn is situated well in Upper Farringdon, set in the grounds of the owners family home. First impressions were great the property was clean and very well appointed, a gift hamper containing fresh baked bread, biscuits, beer and other goodies was a welcome treat. "We had a fantastic time at this property for a one off Christmas getaway. The property itself was beautiful, the photos really don’t do it justice! Alison even decorated for us, which was a lovely touch and made our stay feel extra special. Alison was very responsive before our stay in answering any questions we had, and was always available during our stay (even though it was Christmas!). The only small problem we had was regarding the oven fan which didn’t seem to be working. We did let Alison...

"It was a delight to hear the wildlife, and nothing else (!), during my stay at The Hideaway. - Quite refreshing. The accommodation has all one needs, but the emphasis has to be towards the “outdoors”, the tranquillity it offers and marvellous views of the countryside. Walks galore on your doorstep, or just find a spot to sit and take it all in. Well worth a visit."

"Good and spacious house, with great communication from the owner. A couple of down sides though: not enough small spoons/forks and bedding provided for the numbers of guests, and the conservatory was way too cold to sleep, even with the heater on. But it would be fine during spring/summer."

"Had a lovely 5 days at this beautiful house, which is perfectly situated to explore West Sussex. We loved the character of the buildings as well as the pool and it was great fun looking after the chickens. Lots of space outside and very well equipped in the kitchen."

"We stayed at the Pool House only last week, and had a lovely time. There were 3 reasonably sized double bedrooms all with en-suite which was a real plus. The pool was large and well-used over the week! It felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, yet within a 200 yard walk, you were in the town of Petworth. "Really great stay in this flat. Perfect for the car show up the road which we had travelled down for. The pub across the way did good value food. Only thing I would say is don’t email the property hosts, just text or phone the mobile number!"
