"Our stay was great. The layout of the condo was perfect for our 15 month old to get all of her steps in without getting into anything she wasn’t supposed to. We enjoyed the view of the beach from the patio and loved how close we were to the aquarium and the Lexington! The only bummer, which is not in the control of the owner of the condo, is that the elevator was not working in our building. Not much anyone can do about that unfortunately but again, nothing to do with the condo itself! Thank you...

"We brought our grandchildren for a weekend get away and enjoyed the pool and the short drive to the beach. The board games and cards in the condo were a hit with the kids."

"The check in was not great. You take a picture of a QR code and the internet is not great so it was very irritating. After 10 minutes of fighting with the lady tells me here is a paper i can fill out instead. So you check in on your phone then give them $15. To do it . Our room was nice. Roomy for 2 people. There is no coffee in the room so make sure you bring some. Over all its a good clean room. When all the construction is done i might visit again."

"This place was so cute and very private. We really enjoyed how secluded it was and the views of the water. It had all the amenities we needed including a washer and dryer which was nice. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but we managed. It was easy for us to take our disabled dog outside since it was a first floor condo."

"Loved our short stay in Rockport. The condo is beautifully furnished with all the amenities you need. Wonderfully equipped kitchen and perfect for entertaining. Best part: we could watch the college football games on the HUGE TV while fishing from the back deck. Very convenient. Highly recommended."

"We had three adults and one 6 yr old. Plenty of space and location was perfect for our 2 night stay. Everything was in great condition in the bungalow. Outside there was maintenance work and things being done which doesn’t bother us. Great communication and very helpful for us!"

"Overall we had a great time. Definitely will be back. Location was great. Covered parking was a plus. The view was amazing. The condo had everything we needed. There is renovations going on during the week so it's a little busy. The only thing was the elevator not working at the time. So we had to carry our things up the hot stairs."

"Proprty is older but well maintained. The grounds are beautiful. Conveniently located. Across a street from the water. The 750' pier was really nice. Lots of room to throw your line out. Going in November was perfect! Not crowded at all and weather was good! Nina Garrison was a great hostess!"

"Check-in was easy. Contacted owner with some questions and he answered promptly. Views are beautiful. Condo itself was clean and smelled good. My only complaint was lots of large holes leading to the building I was at. They need to be filled."
