"This hotel is very well located, just off the motorway for those driving through France, but set amongst fields so very quiet and safe. The rooms are very clean, there is lots of parking and although I could not have dinner there as we arrived too late, I have heard from family that the food is great. I can vouch for the tasty breakfast however. Will definitely visit again !"

"Pleasantly surprised by this hotel, booked as a stopover coming home from Provence. Set in the countryside with a large lake just a few minutes walk from the rear of the property. Easy parking. Restaurant and bar on site but very nice restaurant Belvédère overlooking the lake 5 mins away which we ate at, or other options in the village. Rooms are lodge style, no frills but comfortable and spacious, good shower, plus a kettle and small patio with table and chairs. Didn’t have time to try the indoor pool but it looked good. Friendly staff explained everything on arrival. Breakfast was cold continental buffet style. Peaceful setting. Overall a good stay. "

"Perfect location in a quiet village a short distance from Chaumont. Very comfortable accommodation in a quaint traditionally French hotel and a very good host. The continental breakfast was excellent with homemade jams and good bread and croissants. Over all, a great place to stay."

"We had a lovely week here in August. The pool was great for the kids and the peace, quiet and lovely wine was great for the adults. The village is a nice setting and also very quiet this time of year but the local town of Bar-sur-Aube had everything we needed. Location is great with the theme park of Nigloland just 15 minutes away and the wonderful town of Troyes also near for a change of scenery. The lakes were just 30mins away too and made a great beach day out. Finally, the champagne was very nice, of course and was the icing on the cake."
