"Our stay was essentially our home away from home. The property was very clean with a few extra treats left, which the kids enjoyed. The property managers were very responsive for any questions posed. The property was also very spacious. Boyne City and boyne Falls were very nice as well. But mainly the proximity to Boyne Mountain was perfect. Thank you for the enjoyable and relaxing vacation. "

"The home was welcoming and in the perfect location. We were just a few minutes from Nubs Nob, Highlands, and downtown Harbor Springs. The open floor plan allowed for family games and yet was roomy enough for people to have their own space. I would totally bring my family back to stay here."

"Great property. Spacious for our family of 10 adults and 7 children 7-13 yo. Kitchen was huge and well equiped. Living room was large enough for all the adults and kids could move in at out at the same time with ease. Lower rec room allowed separation if kids wanted that.We look forward to returning next year."

"Property clean and communication with Al was very easy and helpful! Location was wonderful - nice neighborhood yet very close to shopping/parks/ski resorts. Layout of house was unusual, but still very functional. Petosky stones were a nice touch!"

"This property was absolutely perfect for our annual family ski trip. The condo is not directly on the mountain but it is easily a ski in/ski out as long as there is enough snow. Very clean and equipped with the essentials that you would need. Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking tools. A very lovely stay! "

"I have only the best things to say about our stay at Hilltop Cottage. The entire experience exceeded any and all expectations! Hilltop Cottage had everything we needed (and then some), the location is out-of-this world and the host made the check-in/check-out process extremely simple and straightforward. The house has so much charm and truly felt like a home-away-from-home for our few days there. We thoroughly enjoyed playing board games, drinking coffee on the porch, campfires at night and...
