"Great stay and easy communication with owner! Property is very up to date and has all of the amenities you could want. Very pleased and will be returning! "

"The location was good and the kitchen was well stocked in as far as dishes, cutlery, towels,laundry detergent etc The place needs a good cleaning! The chair in the living room needs to be cleaned as it had a bad odor. The downstairs bathroom especially. Lots of missing light bulbs making the place dark. Doors didn’t close properly in the upstairs bathroom and in the bedroom downstairs. The front inside door also didn’t close properly. The downstairs mattresses were terrible and after the second...

"We had such a lovely stay, with an even better view! The house was perfectly equipped, for kitchen, bedding, bathrooms. A wonderful fire stove in the main living area we kept lit the whole time. We look forward to visiting again in the summer! "

"Great, cozy, comfortable, light-filled cottage for two on St Margarets Bay, with view of water from large deck. Close to beaches, South Shore, Peggy's Cove and Halifax area. The village of Hubbards has grocery, cafes, pharmacy, NSLC, bike trails and great Farmers Market."

"I will say that the property setting was amazing, with picturesque views, especially with large windows, you could see the beauty of winter.The check in process was seamless and communication with host was amazing and timely. We were just a bit disappointed that the fireplace was not functional and there were no ping pong table available which were 2 things we were looking forward to. Other than that, we had an amazing time with the family."

"We stay in vrbos about 16 -22 weeks a year on hiking travels with a group of friends. This vrbo should be rated a 10! It is THE best we have ever stayed in!!!! It is outstanding in every aspect! "My husband and I traveled from Victoria to meet up with relatives from the U.K to explore Atlantic Canada. We found Paulette and her accommodations a great place to start our adventures. Centrally located we were able to walk to many local attractions, including Halifax Harbour. Place worked out great for the five of us and definitely would stay again.
