Staff was incredibly friendly and informative. The included breakfast was really good. There was a bit of a stale smell to the room, but, it is winter time and i wasnt too concerned about it. Everything was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the bathroom in the room was EXTREMELY small. There should be a heads up because if you are heavier-set or a very tall person it wouldnt be very accomodating for you.

Staff were very good in all aspects of their job.As far as the hotel, it is very out.Next, and needs a lot of work to bring it up to date. The parking area has to be cleaner and parking space lines should a painted. Their is only one handicapped space,and that is on a hill grade.Hard to get with a wheelchair. Hang parking should be in the front of the hotel,where they have four spaces,that anyone can use.

Allowed us to check in a bit early which was nice Room was okay. Lamp didn’t work and there was no ceiling light in the main part of the room.key cards didn’t work most of the time. Was told on check in there would be a hot breakfast the next morning. Arrived to the lobby to find 3 yogurts, 4 tiny croissants and a few pieces of fruit. Needless to say a bit disappointed as there wasn’t even enough food to feed our party. Was hoping for at least some cereal for the kids. The front desk staff were nice and we felt bad as they said they were only left with whatever was there. Apparently the kitchen staff all went home sick. We ended up ordering food and they did give us a discount on the room after which did rectify the situation but still inconvenient as we could have planned differently.

While the heating controls for the room didn't seem to work, the stay was otherwise pleasant. We appreciated the gift for our cat staying with us. The room was clean, comfortable, check-in was smooth.
