"The staff was amazing from front desk check in/out to employees who cleaned the room. Also, we left some items and were notified immediately. We gave them information to have shipped to us. One opportunity item is on the step I. The pool, there is a hole that someone can hurt themselves on. It is next to the rail/assisted bar. This was the reason for the 4 score. "

"Everything was conveniently located in the hotel; from food to shopping, swimming, entertainment, relaxtion and they offered valet parking for hotel guest. The Casino is the highlight BUT the they offer so much more. Theu have bowling, movie theater, game room, coffe stop and Adult Nar."

The sink stopper was missing and there was a lightbulb out in the bathroom. The staff were very pleasant and Apologetic about the elevators. "
