"We warmly welcomed upon arrival. The gentleman who took our luggages to store before check in was very thorough in his suggestions on what to do for our 24 hour visit in the area. All the front staff were warm and that really made us want to come back to Bath. "

"I stayed on 19th December and was impressed by how beautifully the hotel's ground floor had been decorated for Christmas. (The Christmas tree on the top of the first short flight of stairs was the first thing to catch my eye.) There was no queue at Reception and I was delighted to receive an upgrade to the twin room I had booked. "It was an overnight stay as we were traveling home. So did not take advantage of gym, pool and restaurant. So cannot give a total review. However, we found the room was adequate but the bathroom could do with an upgrade. "

"Our experience and stay was very good, however the breakfast was a shambles! No cutlery, no food, tables full of dirty plates and staff stood around chatting. No baked beans, handheld browns, croissants no glasses for the juice. The food was fine if you could get any. Some users walking around in PJs and bare feet all by the food, I actually think when seating people would staff not say that footwear is needed, I don’t want to eat breakfast looking at some ones filthy feet"

"Went for hubbys birthday, staff were really lovely, great service. Room was very clean and big, bed was so comfy,. Great choice of breakfast in the morning would definitely recommend staying here, looking forward to returning soon. "

"This accommodation was perfect for my partner and I who needed to be in Cheddar with our dog for a couple of nights. The accommodation was as pictured, the shower was hot and powerful, the kitchen had 2 electric hob rings/microwave and fridge. All the required utensils for simple cooking, tea, coffee and sugar . Logs for the wood burner were also provided."
