"Don’t stay here if you’re expecting some shops around the corner. It’s 23 kilometres from the nearest town, but that’s the good thing about it. Out on a sheep station but with fabulous views over Backstairs Passage, a well equipped kitchen to cook in and a great outdoor deck area. An amble through the fields to a couple of completely private beaches. Swallows nesting in the garage. And yes there is a washing machine"

"We stayed here with our family of five. The house had everything we needed and was was located on a quiet street. We particularly loved that we could just walk over the sand dune at the back of the house and we had a piece of the beach which was so private and protected. The kids and dog loved running in and out of the shallow water and trying to find crabs hiding under the rocks."

"Baudin Beach is a highly romantic, secluded treasure of nature and Aquamarine has been my favourite accommodation - a comfortable, spacious house; very clean and well heated in cold weather; had everything anyone would need. The tranquility and charm of the spot was compounded with the helpful, friendly host. By far my most memorable stay on Kangaroo Island."

"Comfortable residence. The beach was a disappointment as it is not a swimming beach and quite rocky. Close to Penneshaw. A few small things could be done, torn flyscreen, wrong size curtains on front door but we enjoyed our stay."
