"A new hotel - I stayed on the 6th floor which was clearly brand new. The hotel was very clean and a pleasant stay overall. Some teething issues in that some of the appliances were not working (microwave) as they were brand new and not used before, but I am sure these will be ironed out in due course. No air conditioning though, and even though it was only an 18 degree day, it was very hot in the room. My room (suite) did not have a window, but a fan was provided which helped. Staff extremely...

"Very well presented hotel in central Rye, right on the high street. Great well appointed room with a luxury en suite and super comfortable bed. The bar was great and gives you the option to drink after the pubs shut (early in Rye). The restaurant was well designed and decorated like the rest of the hotel though we eat at Fletchers for dinner. The hotel’s breakfast was the only thing I wouldn’t give 5 stars for but it didn’t spoil our stay particularly it was just wasn’t very tasty or...
