"The hotel is definitely overpriced! Cleanliness lacks. basic amenities like faulty air con was a put off! However, mr tushaar was helpful to move us to a better room quickly. There were dead cockroaches here and there. Though the lobby is renovated, poor flooring and dirty worn out rugs in the room corridors disappoint. The ocean view is the saving grace but the busy road in front and frequent trains passing by makes it noisy. Breakfast was decent but nothing wow! "

"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."
