The bedding/pillows seemed like they weren't washed(still had other people's hair on the pillows and under the sheets) bathroom sinks and shower still had hair in them. "The lagoon setup is undeniable. You get Kayaks, access to the water, fire pit, grill, 3 beds, AND your dog is invited; it feels almost too good to be true. The house is clean and the AC is very good. The location is prime for day trips. You could easily do Atlantic City and hit up historic Smithville on the way there or back. "Lots of space, shower needs to be fixed as it only gives cold or hot water assuming regulator is not working. Lots of kitchen tools, big dining area. Upstairs thermostat unit needs to be turned on as it gets warm upstairs."
