With two distinct homes – a 5-bedroom house and an additional 3-bedroom flat – there’s plenty of room to accommodate up to 15 guests comfortably. Inside the main house, you'll find cozy spaces and large windows that frame the picturesque views of the surrounding forest. The flat provides additional comfort and privacy, making it ideal for multi-family getaways or larger gatherings. Both spaces have remodeled kitchens equipped with all-new appliances to make cooking a breeze.
No need to go anywhere for lots of entertainment options- the flat boasts an incredible game room with an old-style arcade featuring over 10,000 classic and modern games, an air hockey table, and electronic darts. It’s the perfect spot for hours of entertainment and friendly competition. The pool house complements this with a jungle-themed gathering area, indoor games, and a variety of outdoor games for everyone to enjoy.
The property is 108 acres of secluded forest, featuring a diverse mix of pine groves, maple, oak, beech, and hickory woodlands teeming with wildlife. Guests can explore multiple trails that wind through this breathtaking landscape, leading to a 150-foot gorge with a flowing creek and five stunning waterfalls. One of the most popular legs of the Finger Lakes Trail runs directly through the property, offering unparalleled hiking experiences.
Step outside, and the enchantment continues. Wander the property's scenic walking trails adorned with unique sculptures, a charming chapel, and gazebos perfect for quiet reflection. A tranquil pond, visible from the house, offers a peaceful backdrop, with one of two fire pits providing a serene spot to relax nearby. The other fire pit is conveniently located near the houses for cozy gatherings. Unique features like a restored train caboose and a 1940 WWII Trainer Fighter Plane on site add a touch of history and intrigue to your stay. The property also includes a heated saltwater pool (open seasonally) and the adjacent pool house with a steam sauna and an outdoor Jacuzzi to unwind under the stars.

The fireplace is not for use at this time.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
