"Lovely, large home nestled in the bush, away from the hustle and bustle of the beachfront areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - great to find a house that sleeps a large group and can also accommodate for those numbers in other ways eg. Outdoor seating, lounge areas, etc. Bedding was high quality and very comfortable. Beautiful sunsets on the deck, and the plunge pool was perfect for cooling down after a day of exploring! Would definitely stay again 😊 "

"Beautifully appointed, 14 Vitex was the perfect property for our return to Darwin to catch up with family. Everything you could need in a kitchen was supplied; we're talking slow cooker, blender and air fryer just to name a few. The pantry was very well stoked, including plenty of coffee capsules and condiments.The bedrooms were beautifully appointed with gorgeous sheets - so comfy. "This was a great location to stay in Darwin. It was really close to town, just a short drive, and such a large house with all the amenities you would like such as a BBQ and a pool overlooking the river. Well worth it."

"Fantastic unit for a short or long term stay in Darwin. Close to the airport and the waterfront, secure parking on premises, well-equipped kitchens (inside and outside), with an incredible private pool. Great for families. We would stay here again!"

"Our holiday was everything that we expected. The house was well presented and clean and the location could not be bettered. The only downside were some minor maintenance issues such as a couple of lights not working and the stove not working as well as it should. The floor in the kitchen could be looked at in the future as well but having said that it did not detract from the fabulous time we, as a family, had."

"We were a group of 9 adults mostly unrelated so we needed 8 beds. The house is generally a bit tired with all the lounge chairs needing attention. We specifically asked about upstairs showers - yes, there are 2 but they are adjacent so no good for a mixed group of adults - and the stable door on the 2nd toilet makes privacy difficult. We had to ask for the linen to make up a futon as we were not asked what bed configuration we needed. All little things (except the bathroom facilities) but they...
