Resort is in an awesome location for walking to the CBD shops or the Waterfront precinct (for dining). Lovely gardens and breakfast was great value. Stayed in a garden bungalow -very quiet & great aircon. Only criticism would be that pool is a little small -would have been great if separate adults & children"s pool. Certainly stay here again if we get back to Darwin.

Palms and pool an oasis in the city, yet just minutes walk away to the action. Good breakfast. On site launderette useful. Friendly, helpful staff. Loved the resident parrot & hen! Thank you for our stay.

Good location. Close to Smith Street and the mall. Rooms are small and can hear people walking past the room. It didn't feel private. The room was clean. I didn't use the pool but other guests took advantage of it. There is a laundry.

This is one of my favourite properties in Darwin. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathroom is compact but excellent. Nothing like a great shower at the end of the day. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was available and plentiful. Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay for couples and friends
Clean villas. Bathrooms very nice. However there were some ants so don’t leave open food lying around. Put it all in the fridge in the kitchenette. Pickles the concierge parrot was a great hit. Central location. Parking provided for the villas.

A great location on the Esplanade. The bungalows are very well equipped, with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. Loved the outdoor deck area, lush gardens and pool. The 24 hour reception is also great and staff very helpful and friendly.

Nice renovated room and very clean. Friendly staff and parking was easy. Breakfast was ok. When I arrived at the buffet it was already out of a lot of options half an hour before closing time. There was some noise from the bar/pub just behind the hotel (not all rooms are having this issue). In any case the hotel is very nice just some smaller issues that could be solved easily.
