"Check-In was seamless and the property we stayed in was very spacious and clean. Just one gripe was that the toilet for the master bedroom had a bad but tolerable stench. Note that no basic toiletries will be provided,just the towels and toilet paper. It was great that they provided free parking and it was conveniently located as well. 10/10 would stay at this property again."

"Have not faced such a terrible service before. When I booked an apartment cause of emergency, Expedia did not assign us a unit number. And when we went there they won’t tell us the unit number either. Only guards were there and they looked clueless. When I contacted Expedia support for help, both Expedia and I tried to call the number provided for the windsor apartment, but no one will pick. Tried this for 2 hours no help at all. Had to go back and look for another hotel in such a terrible...

"I stayed in this apartment for three nights. The apartment is in an apartment block with residential housing. The neighbours were quite noisy. Getting the keys was convoluted. The apartment was basic and run down. Facilities were very basic. The bed in the main bedroom seemed like a king size and was comfortable but too short for me. The smaller bedroom also had a short single bed. There was bath gel in the bathroom but nothing else."
