Great location, super relaxing. Staff are simply amazing - they cannot do enough for you. Breakfast and other dining options very good too. My mum has limited mobility and the staff were super considerate, provided a villa without steps and made sure a buggy was available when ver we needed it. Will definitely return!

It is a beautiful resort and has plenty activities within. We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. The food was awesome. The villa rooms (with the private pool) are so cosy and chilled out. The staff are incredibly accommodating and it is an easy trip from Singapore via ferry. Parts of the property were nice but the main pool and beach area were under construction. I’d say the photos might be a bit outdated or we just happened to come before the property was spruced up for high season. Overall it could use some love. Private pool was a huge asset, as was included breakfast.

Loved our stay here. Tbh, you didn’t really need to leave the villa for anything. Restaurants’ quality were all top notch, service staff were friendly and english standards were adequate. Really great place to just chill and relax for a couple of days. It does come with a price tag but at least you do get a luxurious stay so it’s worth it

Montigo rocks!!
My family of 5 recently stayed at Montigo resort and though we only had a short 2D1N stay, we had the most amazing time. The villa was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed all the facilities within the villa and around the property. But what sets the experience apart from other vacations we’ve had was the service. Every single staff member at Montigo we encountered was warm and helpful, attentive to our requests and going out of their way to make sure that we had an enjoyable stay. In particular, staff members Felli and Andry helped us a lot during our stay and treated us with so much care that prompted my son to ask me if we’re VIPs. 😊 We definitely look forward to returning soon and once again like to say a huge thank you for the fantastic experience!!

Great family vacation spot. Lots to do!
This was our family’s first trip to Indonesia and we chose Batam. It was very convenient to get to from Singapore so we could jump right into our vacation. Ferry pick up from Montigo was nice. Check in at the lobby was very pleasant - nice welcome drink and the staff were so helpful and attentive. We stayed 2 nights and had all meals on property. Breakfast and dinner buffet were great. Lunch at Tiigo pool bar both days. We were surprised how empty the pool and beach were despite so many people at breakfast. No complaints - we basically had the whole pool area to ourselves!! All of the staff were great. Buggy transport was so helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Loved the sweeping views, master bathroom, and private pool

The staffs were very friendly, the whole overall stay was wonderful but the private pool could have better maintenance as some of the tiles has dropped off and some dirt was found in the pool
