"Although the spacious property is ageing a bit the location is perfect for anyone wanting tranquility within a short drive of Lake Annecy and its various beaches and other attractions. We loved being surrounded by the friendly dog, the horses, and the deer which come down out of the woods at night. Only problem was the double bed--mattress is rather worn and not good for our 60 year old backs."

Not suitable for large vehicles ie camping car, on side of steep hill with difficult access must have car, no wc in master bed room, not all lights worked, disposing if recyclables, no tea towels or cleaning cloths, no pool towels. "Our stay was more than perfect! The property owner was amazing and made us feel right at home. We are a family of three and felt like we fit just fine. The hospitality from the property owner was out of this world and we could not have imagined staying with anyone else. This property sits back on a beautiful mountain ridge with easy access to shops and restaurants on foot. Pictures do not do the view justice. This will not be the last time we stay, for sure!"

"Very nice.In the middle of landscape .Surrounded by fields and cows. So quiet and peaceful .We Ve enjoyed our stay. The house is big enough for a large family. My 4 /5 for cleaning. Tell your landlady to clean under your sofa or pieces of furniture...... The tablecloth was dirty and spotty.. Not easy to know if you live too far to check. Otherwise we Ve had a lovely family time."
