He also mailed a coat to me that I left behind in the driver’s car. He got numerous quotes for shipping options and mailed it to me at my hotel in Paris. This was a huge inconvenience for him. I am beyond grateful. Le Sofitel never disappoints. I stay at their hotels around the world. Bravo!"
