"We are retired and getting a bit to old to navigate a sail boat. We loved the view looking at all the boats coming and going. We visited Bar Harbor, Acadia Park, We ate the best food from Little Notch Bakery. Try the blueberry pie. Its to die for. Thank you for your rental it had all we needed to feel at home."

"We stayed here with our teenage daughter during our first trip to Maine. The location of this flat is perfect. We walked everywhere downtown. It was so clean and cozy and stocked with most everything we needed. We enjoyed game nights after a few days of hiking in Acadia. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay here more! This place was a gem. It was walking distance to everything downtown, with big beautiful windows looking out over the strip. It’s a single unit above an office, so it was very quiet. It was very big, very clean and had everything we needed. We are already talking about taking another trip to Bar Harbor, and we will definitely be booking this unit again! "

"We chose Southwest Harbor for our birthday weekend getaway. This apartment is exactly what the photos show. The view from the living area is beautiful and the kitchen is very well stocked. Communication with the host before arrival was very smooth. We appreciated the quiet hours since noise does travel in the building. The location was better than expected- close to the restaurants and shops in the town. "

It would have been nice to have a/c in the bedrooms, but the arctic breeze fans worked ok and we had a nice breeze thru the window. Great location, with local restaurants and shops down the street, and Bar Harbor only a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive and considerate and this was the easiest checkout we've ever had. We would definitely stay here ahain!"
