"Perfect location, lovely breakfast, very helpful staff"

"My check in experience was disappointing but the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We arrived by rental car and my husband had to go return it while I checked in. I had two rolling suitcases with small bags on top, plus an armload of smaller stuff and jackets that we’d had loose in the car. I also wasn’t feeling well, but they wouldn’t necessarily have known that. I was struggling a bit with the suitcases on the cobblestones and the employee at the door made no attempt to help me. Check in is on the ground level but the elevators to the guest floors are up about 7 stairs. There were approximately 5 men who looked like employees or security officers standing around and no one made any attempt to help me up the stairs as I (a 30s woman) made multiple trips with my luggage. By the time I got to my room I was extremely annoyed. But I got into the bed and both the mattress (2 singles with a king topper) and the pillows were luxurious and honestly perfect. The front desk was later very helpful and the hotel is in a very convenient location. "

"İt was very nice and not very expensive, my husband said he really liked the breakfast. The second time we stayed we got a larger room which was better indeed. The only thing i want to note is , after taking a bath the bathroom floor is insanely slippery"

"Great location, very professional service. Thermal water swimming pool and gym equipped with brand new machines were good to have after a long day of exploring İzmir. Breakfast spread was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay. I would recommend it to everyone. "

"We travelled from Fethiye and stayed here for 5 nights, it is situated between and within easy walking distance of Basmane and Kemer railway stations (so if you can, get yourself an Izmir transport card, as there is a Metro and lots of buses available too). It is also ideal for walking to many local attractions such as the Agora, Kültürpark, Kemeraltı bazaar, Saat Kulesi and the Kordon. Breakfast was great for us, cheese, meat, olives, bread. jams, eggs, pastries, cereal, tea, coffee and juice. We stayed to see the sights having not stayed in İzmir before and also to see two football matches. The English speaking gentleman on reception was very helpful on arrival of where we could eat nearby and also helped us to get where we needed to be for our first match."

"Found dead rats on the roof. The wall paper was coming out, thecwindow were drafty and the heater didn't work. "
