"We came as a large group and the Guest Relations Manager, Deniz Degerli, was so wonderful. She assisted us with whatever we needed and went above and beyond for us. She was always willing to assist and answer any questions we may have had always with a smile on her face. Our waitress, Nur, was also so sweet and very helpful. You can tell that she loved her job and we appreciated her. We will definitely use this hotel in the future as it was also very clean and the experience was great all around."

Her şey gayet güzeldi, bir tek oda çok sıcaktı, onu da pencere ile hallettik ama havalandırma daha iyi çalışabilirdi. "TAV is a super convenient option if you have an early flight the next morning! It’s very close to the terminals with less than 2 mins walk to the check-in counters. The hotel is very well maintained with a 5 star for cleanliness. Staff were super helpful as well! Their breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had in Turkey with all the options you have in a traditional Turkish breakfast. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay again if I ever come visit Izmir and need a hotel stay at the airport!"
