Staff were brilliant and very helpful! Food was over priced and breakfast was ridiculously busy with not enough staff to mange but that was the only thing letting the hotel down! "

"Had a really lovely stay with my daughters for 2 nights, clean rooms and comfy beds and great location to access lapland UK and Harry Potter studios. Friendly helpful staff and they even put chocolates and balloons on the bed for my daughters birthday which was lovely. The only down fall was we were told that breakfast finishes at 10.30am on the weekend and we went there at 10.10am and it had stopped at 10. I was looking forward to the cooked breakfast as it was lovely the day before. The staff did offer us alternatives and we had cereal and pastries but over all lovely hotel and parking was £7 a day. I would stay again "
