"Room 10 - right by the office. Handy for car park to rear. Quite noisy when the office is busy. When I arrived the guy on the desk said 3 nights for 3 people (I corrected him - 2 nights for 1 person) I was then shown to a single room which I assume he hadn’t planned to give me. He quickly removed what appeared to be used towels from the bathroom and replaced them. "A remarkable property which I had the pleasure of staying in during a recent work trip. So much character. The owners, Saban and Belinda, could not do more for me. A relaxing and charming place to stay, and I look forward to returning in the future."

"Perfect friendly welcome from the lovely girl on reception, was transfered from a local crack den called Stifford Clays farm due to double booked so was so relieved to stay in such a nice hotel with friendly pleasant staff, would certainly stay here again"

"It is not a place i would recommend to lone females. Its not a hotel so unsure why its on hotels.com. The ffont curtilage is unkempt with weeds growing through blockpave, the rear garden is like a jungle. Not even facilities for a welcome or early morning brew unless you bring your own. Tge walls are paper thin so you gear everything. I was in room 4 which was basic, clean bedding but curtains that allow light tgrough. The overgrown shrubs in the rear garden are at window height for first floor...

"Room was good. Ungortunately 1 drawer was full of old McDonalds cartons. The staff cleaned it as soon as reported. Some noise from neighbouring rooms throughout night"

"Is clean but not modern. The room is a big but could use some remodeling/rework to make it look more appealing. Good for a short stay if places you are going are around this area. Public transportation access is great though so is fairly easy to get around from this hotel."
