I was treated as a massive inconvenience for the staff. In particular the late night porter who was shockingly lecturing, patronising and sarcastic. "What a beautiful apartment! Close proximity to everything a short train ride away from duomo, shopping and the central station. Apartment is fully equipped, modern, comfy beds, overall a really really nice stay in Milan! We cant wait to come back! "

The only problem was that we were told about the 25 Euro cleaning charge AFTER we booked the room. (However, we are not sure whether we ended up paying it or not). "
